Class 3 Organisation Digital Signature Certificate:
Class 3 Organisation Digital Signature Certificates are issued to organization for various purposes. Class 3 digital signatures Organization is certificate that provides highest level of assurance within the RCAI hierarchy setup by CCA (Controller of Certifying Authorities) in India which is mainly used for e-tendering or e-procurement or e-bidding.
Documents required to get CLASS III ORG DSC
1) Latest Photograph of the Applicant
2) Color scan copy of anyone of the following ID Proof of the Applicant - Passport / Driving License / PAN Card Copy / Govt. Issued ID card With PHOTO / Bank Account Passbook with PHOTO
3) Colour Scan copy of anyone of the following Address Proof of the Applicant - Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving License / Voter id / Latest Utility Bill (Telephone Bill / Mobile Bill / Electricity Bill / LIC Receipt / Water Bill ) / Latest Bank Statement
4) GST Registration Copy.
5) Copy of PAN Card of Organization (Other than Proprietor ship Company)
6) Proof of Right to do Business: - Certificate of Incorporation (In Case of Pvt. Ltd or Ltd.) (or) Memorandum and Articles of Association (In Case of Pvt. Ltd or Ltd.) (or) Registered Partnership Deed (In Case of Partnership Firm) (or) Any other Registration copy (In case of Proprietorship Company)
7) . Proof of Right to do Business: - Latest Banker Attested 1 month Bank Statement (In Case of Non GST Company)
8) Authorisation Letter (In Case of Applicant is other than Authorised Person)
E-Procurement Registration along with Class 3 ORG DSC (www.kppp.karnataka.gov.in)
The Applicant should submit the below documents along with documents required to get CLASS III ORG DSC.
1) Power of attorney as per GOK Format on Rs.100 stamp paper and should be notarized (GOK formats are available in Downloads).
2) Cancelled Cheque Leaf of Organisation.
Note: Each page of Power of Attorney should be signed by the concerned authorized signatory.
