Class 3 Individual Digital Signature Certificate:
Class 3 Individual Digital Signature Certificates are issued to Individual for various purposes. Class 3 digital signatures for individuals is certificate that provides highest level of assurance within the RCAI hierarchy setup by CCA (Controller of Certifying Authorities) in India which is mainly used for MCA21, ROC, EPFO Filling Income Tax e-filing, GST filing, e-tendering or e-procurement or e-bidding and sign a word or excel file, PDF, sign e-mail sent through Outlook and many more !!
Documents required to get CLASS 3 Individual DSC
1) Latest Photograph of Applicant.
2) Color Scan copy of anyone of the following ID Proof of - Passport / Driving License / PAN Card Copy / Govt. Issued ID card With PHOTO
3) Color Scan copy of anyone of the following Address Proof of Applicant - Aadhar Card / Passport / Driving License / Voter id / Latest Utility Bill (Telephone Bill / Mobile Bill / Electricity Bill / LIC Receipt / Water Bill ) / Latest Bank Statement
E-Procurement Registration along with CLASS 3 Individual DSC (www.kppp.karnataka.gov.in)
The Applicant should submit the below documents along with documents required for CLASS III INDIVIDUAL DSC.
1) Affidavit as per GOK format On RS.20 stamp paper and should be notarized (GOK Formats are available in "Downloads" tab).
2) Cancelled Cheque Leaf of Firm / Proprietor / Applicant
Note: Each page of Affidavit should be signed by the applicant.
